Delegation As a Form of Leadership

June 13 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Book Online : Click Here

About Event:

There’s an adage in successful nonprofits: “the leader works ON the organization, not IN it.” What’s the secret trick to pull yourself out of the weeds? Delegation. It can be difficult for a variety of reasons, but mastering this skill is imperative to your success as a nonprofit leader.  Join Kari Anderson, Principal with Incite! Consulting, to discuss why delegating is so tricky, determine what you can (and should) move off your plate, and how delegation can be a powerful staff development tool.
