This year’s theme, Impact, invites nonprofit professionals to focus on what truly matters. In a sector often shaped by urgency and constant demands, it can be easy to equate activity with effectiveness. This conference offers a space to step back and refocus on meaningful work that is done consistently, intentionally, and in alignment with core values.
Participants will explore how clarity and discipline in leadership can support more sustainable work, strengthening teams, organizational culture, and the communities they serve.
The conference also emphasizes the value of coming together in community.
