Board of Directors Masterclass

Boards play an essential role in the success of any organization. While most board members have the best intentions, they may not know what their role is (and isn’t). Strengthening the practice of nonprofit boards within a community will lead to more effective and sustainable results.

This interactive, hands-on workshop will cover board responsibilities, operations, development, fundraising, and advocacy. The resources were developed in partnership with some of the nation’s leading board experts. You will leave with concrete action steps, tools, and connections.
