Building and Managing Committees for Productivity

Spoiler alert – the work of the board isn’t handled at the board meeting.  Board committees provide an opportunity to call in the special skills and abilities of each board member and put their talents to work. Nonprofit boards allow committee members the proper time to research an issue in depth, analyze it and provide documentation to the full board to support their findings.

When you have completed Building and Managing Committees for Productivity, you’ll have clear board and committee job descriptions, a framework for engaged committee work and how active committees elevate board meetings.

Please note Short Courses are self-paced and initiated through postings in a private Facebook group.

Early bird pricing of $50 applies until Friday, February 21, 2020. Use promo code “EARLYBIRD”

Registration increases to $70 on 2/22/20.
